massage-classesRenaissance is a place where healthy, well people can learn ways to get stronger and healthier. We’ve identified some of the best research-based, doable exercise programs in the health and fitness arenas and offer instruction in their techniques.

These programs are typically able to be done at home on a regular basis, so we offer short classes in these programs to help get people on their way, doing the exercises safely and correctly. In some cases, for people who find it challenging to exercise at home, or just like the camaraderie of exercising with others, we offer longer-term, or on-going, classes.

We offer regular yoga instruction and twice-weekly classes in the Strong Women Program, the tried and true set of exercises shown to prevent, even turn back, osteopenia and osteoporosis. Call us to learn about our current offerings.
