Renaissance sits on the edge of the northwest corner of
the Evergreen State. Situated in
Port Angeles, Washington on a bluff above the Strait of Juan De Fuca, Renaissance offers a view both inspiring and calming. From our deck we watch the
Victoria, British Columbia ferry arrive and return throughout the day, kayakers, sailboats, and seals explore the waters off Hollywood Beach, and we hear the concerts and revelry of City Pier below. At night, the lights of
Victoria hint at a cosmopolitan destination just 90 minutes away.
Directly below Renaissance winds the Olympic Discovery Trail, a 25 mile, paved trail between Port Angeles and Sequim offering waterfront, forest, and farm land walking, running, biking and skating. Our community's greatest asset, the mighty Olympic National Park lies due south of Renaissance, its entrance only 3 miles from our door. Imagine a day of exhilarating hiking, followed (or preceded) by a deeply relaxing massage. Could a day get any better than that?!
